Horse Therapy Work:
Aladdin works with adults and children in hospital or hospice care, in assisted living programs, with Gentle Carousel’s Reading Is Magic programs at libraries, with children who have special needs and is a favorite at schools and literacy events. Aladdin is one of the “Santa Ponies” and attends many holiday events in December each year.
Nickname: Always Aladdin.
Appearance Aladdin is white with bright blue eyes.
Special Skills: Aladdin can always be counted on in challenging situations. He was with the first team of therapy horses who worked at Sandy Hook/Newtown, CT right after the school tragedy.
Favorite Thing: Aladdin likes to stand under his favorite tree with his friends.
Personality: Aladdin is a loyal friend and dependable.
Best Equine Friend: Therapy horse Misty is Aladdin’s best friend. They have done many reading programs together and are always walking side by side in their pasture on the farm.
